Refund, Return  and Cancellation Policy

1. Refund Policy

• Refunds will not be issued if the course is shared or if the intention is to copy materials. Access will be revoked, and the account may be blocked.
• Events may be postponed/canceled due to instructor illness or force majeure.
• No refund if attended for more than one day or if course material is accessed/downloaded.
• No refund on discounted courses.
• No entitlement to a refund if a learner leaves Upro Academy before completing the course.
• No refund for academic institute tie-up courses.
• Refund requests must be raised within 3 days of the first session.
• No refund after 3 days; taxes are non-refundable.
• Maximum refund of 10% for re-attending online classes for a purchased course if no availability in the near future.
• No refund for technical issues accessing self-paced videos or class recordings if the complete course has been attended through instructor-led online classes.
• Refunds processed within 20 working days of the refund request.

 

2. Cancelation Policy

Cancellation Period:
Participants may cancel their enrollment up to 7 days before the course start date without incurring any fees.

Refund Policy:
Cancellations made after the course has started will not be eligible for any refund.

Special Circumstances:
In cases of medical emergencies or other unforeseen personal situations, participants may request a refund or transfer with appropriate documentation. Such requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Cancellation Process:
Participants must submit a written cancellation request via email to info@uproacademy.com the request must include the participant’s name, course details, and reason for cancellation.

Course Cancellation by the Institute:
In the unlikely event that UproAcademy cancels a course, participants will receive a full refund of all fees paid. Alternatively, participants may choose to transfer their enrollment to another available course.
