1. Manager – Manpower Planning & Recruitment

Vacancies: 1
Grade: MMGS-III
Age: 28–40 years

Educational Qualification

Mandatory qualification:

MBA / PGDM / PGDBM or equivalent with specialization in:

HR / HRD / HRM

The qualification must be from an institution recognized by Government bodies, AICTE or UGC.

Preferred Certifications

Candidates with any of the following certifications are preferred:

HR Analytics

SHRM-CP

SHRM-SCP

The preferred certification must be dated on or before 31 July 2026.

Experience

Minimum 6 years of post-basic-qualification experience in Human Resources.

Experience is preferably required in:

IT Industry

OR

IT Department/Vertical in the BFSI sector.

Preferred Skills

Relevant experience includes manpower planning, recruitment exercises, skill-gap assessment, sourcing applications, interaction with recruitment agencies/head-hunters, conducting GDs/interviews, salary negotiation, onboarding, succession planning, HR analytics and implementation of productivity tools.

2. Manager – Learning & Development

Grade: MMGS-III
Age: 28–40 years

Educational Qualification

MBA / PGDM / PGDBM or equivalent with specialization in:

HR / HRD / HRM

from a recognized institution.

Preferred Certifications

HR Analytics

SHRM-CP

SHRM-SCP

Certification should be dated on or before 31 July 2026.

Experience

Minimum 6 years of post-basic-qualification experience in Human Resources/Training.

Preference is given to experience in the IT industry or IT Department/Vertical in the BFSI sector.

Preferred Skills

Relevant skills include training-needs assessment, learning and development frameworks, Learning Management Systems, designing training programmes for IT engineers, skill-gap assessment, upskilling/reskilling, competency frameworks, employee engagement, communication and interpersonal skills.

Age Limit

Age calculated as on: 31 July 2026

Minimum: 28 years

Maximum: 40 years

Both posts have the same prescribed age range.

Salary

Both posts are in:

Middle Management Grade Scale-III (MMGS-III)

Pay Scale: ₹85,920 – ₹1,05,280

The notified scale is:

₹85,920 – 2,680/5 – ₹99,320 – 2,980/2 – ₹1,05,280

Probation Period

Probation: 12 Months

Selected candidates will be on probation according to SBI's applicable recruitment policy.

Selection Process

There is no written examination mentioned for this recruitment.

Selection consists of:

Shortlisting → Interview → Merit List

The Interview carries 100 marks.

SBI will decide the qualifying marks for the interview.

Final merit will be prepared based only on the marks obtained in the interview. In case of a tie at the cut-off, candidates will be ranked according to age in descending order.
