15. Chargebacks & Dispute Resolution

• Users are advised to contact Upro Academy directly for any payment-related concerns before raising a chargeback with their bank or payment gateway.
• Unjustified or repeated chargebacks may result in suspension or termination of services.
• Chargeback resolution timelines are governed by the respective payment gateway and banking institutions.
• Chargeback periods may extend up to 90 days for UPI transactions and 120 days for debit or credit card transactions.

16. Settlement Holds & Payment Delays

• Payment gateways may place settlements on hold for compliance checks, risk assessment, or chargeback review.
• Upro Academy shall not be held responsible for delays caused due to third-party payment gateway reviews.
• Held settlements will be released strictly as per the payment gateway's internal policies and timelines.

17. Right to Suspend or Terminate Services
