- No certificates, credentials, or permanent access should have been issued.
3. Non-Refundable Cases
- Requests received after the refund eligibility period.
- Courses that have already commenced or been partially or fully accessed.
- Downloaded, shared, or consumed course materials.
- Refund requests based on change of mind or personal reasons.
4. Refund Process
- All refund requests must be sent to our official support email.
- Each request will be reviewed and approved at the sole discretion of Upro Academy.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
- Refunds will be credited only to the original payment method used.
- Payment gateway and processing charges, if any, are non-refundable.
5. Cancellation by Institute
- If Upro Academy cancels a course or batch, students will be eligible for a full refund.
- Alternatively, students may opt to transfer their enrollment to another available batch.
6. Chargebacks & Disputes
- Students are requested to contact Upro Academy before initiating any chargeback or dispute.
- Unjustified or repeated chargebacks may result in suspension of services.
- Payment gateway or bank decisions on disputed transactions shall be final.
7. Processing Delays
- Refund processing time may vary based on bank or payment gateway policies.
- Upro Academy is not responsible for delays caused by third-party financial institutions.
