Educational Qualification & Experience

Risk Officer – Scale I

Candidates need the prescribed qualification in areas relevant to Risk Management/Finance/Banking/Management, together with the required post-qualification experience.

HR Officer – Scale I

Age: 21–32 years

Candidates require the prescribed postgraduate qualification in Human Resources/Personnel Management/Industrial Relations or an equivalent HR-related specialization, together with relevant experience as specified by the Bank.

IT Officer – Scale I

Vacancies: 10
Age: 21–32 years

This is the largest specialist category in the recruitment.

₹48,480 – ₹85,920

Scale-II

₹64,820 – ₹93,960

Scale-III

₹85,920 – ₹1,05,280

Selected officers are also eligible for applicable allowances and benefits according to Nainital Bank rules.
